How does your film planning idea connect to the work of others?
Throughout your film planning state where you got your ideas from and how they connect to the work of others
FIRST FILM PLANNING
Draw a picture in a frame to represent what is going to be in your photo. This gives the viewer an idea of where you are going to place your subject in the frame of your camera. Think about what would be the strongest composition for your planned image.
Describe what will be in your photo and explain why.
Who/what is the photo of?
What’s in the foreground, background?
Why have you chosen this idea for your photo?
What techniques will you be using in this photo and why will you be using them?
SECOND FILM PLANNING
From your evaluation of your contact sheet, choose one idea to develop further in your second film.
For example:
In your first film you looked at natural lighting and artificial lighting in portrait photography. In your second film you will only focus on artificial lighting.
OR In your first film you looked at natural portrait photography and posed portrait photography. In your second film you only look at natural portrait photography.
Throughout your film planning refer back to your evaluation of your contact sheet.
What do you need to improve on and how will you improve it?
Repeat the steps for your first film planning.
